Six Georgia House members have jumped to the defense of the
former Atlanta fire chief, claiming he was fired for believing
in the Bible — and should be reinstated.
In a move that escalates the fight between Atlanta Mayor Kasim
Reed and supporters of Kelvin Cochran, lawmakers led by Rep.
Barry Loudermilk this week said the firing robbed the former
chief of his religious freedom to speak and write his view.
He gets promoted to fire chief because he's black
Where's your evidence for that assertion?
Forty yeas of personal observation.
In other words, you pulled it out of your racist ass.
As I said, it comes from personal observation. It's been my
unpleasant lot in life to have spent a lot of time around negroes --
and their white-trash friends and supporters.

I will direct you to Fred Reed for further elucidation:

"...It is curious that blacks, the least educated thirteen percent of
the population, the least productive, most criminal, and most
dependent on governmental charity, should dominate national politics.
Yet they do. Virtually everything revolves around what blacks want,
demand, do, or can't do. Their power seems without limit...."

Why would anybody be elucidated by the rantings of a known racist?

There are two kinds of people in the world. The people who seek the
truth -- and the ones who avoid the truth at all costs. I have
noticed that the supporters of blacks -- and their so-called "culture"
-- belong to the latter group.
